If you ordered it online, then I would. Fight them if they tell you otherwise. What have you got to lose?

Well that just sucks... Now I feel like I'm the one who steered you guys in the wrong direction... Sorry guys...

Hopefully they didn't sell too many and are willing to take the hit on whatever sales have already processed in order to take care of the customers... If not, mistakes do happen and would not necessary be upset if it were me... Laws do vary from state to state and there may be some legal reason they would be forced to honor that price.

However, if I were the manager, this is what I would do at the least... I would offer the customer the opportunity to buy this at cost and offer expedited shipping (obviously losing some money at this point).

As a customer I wouldn't expect them to sell me something at a loss of 4-500 dollars if this was an honest mistake. I would still want them around in the future to be able to sell to me and I don't want them to fire/layoff an employee over this. Hell, I aint perfect. I would just expect some sort of special consideration if I do still intend to spend my hard earned money with them.

Don

hopefully they do honor the price to the member who bought it online. and if they didnt then he has a real leg to standon bc he wasnt like me and called to order it. had no way to know it was a mistake. hopefully they will do right and honor the price to the customers who ordered online but they will def lose some money. sorry to be the bearer of bad news guys. i was about to jump all over this deal.

It's certainly not the OP's fault. I was on their site looking to see if they had a similiar deal for the g/f's V6 Pony.

Thought I would give an update and some closeure on this from my incident. They called my wife around 6ish and said they had made an error and had cancelled my order. The guy was very nice and she knew I would be really screwing them so she didnt really fuss too much but got the name and number so I could call since I would be "dissapointed". I called and left a VM stating I understood but never the less was dissappointed and hoped they would win my business back by providing me with some sort of discount....Well, I havent heard a peep.

CJ pony parts isnt a store I would normally buy from so they had a chance to get a new customer....oh well.

Atleast this opened the door for me to look at the CAI and tune and I will be purchasing it this week from AM using the email code I just got today...SWEET!
