Default Paint costs?

I have bought a GT500 front bumper, Venom II hood, rear bumper, and side scoops for my car. I am new to the New Jersey area and am wondering what a fair price would be to get these parts painted?

I'm sure Pascal will chime in shortly, but are you looking just for painting, or will you have them install the parts too? BTW, did you pick up any of the corresponding GT500 parts to go with the bumper (headlights, etc.) or just the bumper cover?

Can't wait for pics.

I bought the headlights etc... from Tousley Ford, they hooked me up with a great price! I wouldnt mind them installing everything but if they want way to much then i can do it myself. So i guess im asking for a fair price on both just painting the parts and painting/installing them.

If you don't have anything special, e.g. painted stripes, I would just call around to a couple of reputable shops in your area... I would think they could quote you a price based on average time to paint and replace the parts you listed... However, be advised that the hood may need more labor if they have to work it to fit properly... This is a common occurence for fiberglass hoods.

cool thanks guess I'll do that today. I dont have painted stripes but was thinking about buying a vinyl stripe kit. The chin spoiler and rocker panels under the doors are carbon fiber. I also forgot i bought the GT500 spoiler as well.

I paid $250 to have a CA Special new front bumper painted and installed and $318 I think for my cowl hood by a local Ford dealership.

That might give you an baseline idea but call your local places, prices can vary a good bit depending on location.

As another point of reference point, I paid $700 to get my Foose hood (both sides), chin spoiler, A47 mirror cups and a billet fuel door painted.
