patriotic grill pony
New to the forum, and proud owner of a new Torch Red Convertible. Has anyone seen the red white and blue pony that is available for the grill? What do you think of it? Does anyone have one? I am thinking about it, if it's a quality product, and if it won't look too wierd.

RE: patriotic grill pony
I have an American Eagle with red white and blue flag background for a front plate, it looks okay on the torch red vert. Hey COUNTRY1969, how is the quality on yours, and where did you buy and price if you have it? Thanks !

snkysnake, I bought mine Coccia Ford, here in Wilkes-Barre,PA.
I went looking for a silver one to check out, but I was told it could be awhile to locate one. I knew how hard it was to get these mustangs before even going there. They had a few ragtops - V8's manual. They also had a white and a lime color V6 there.
The Torch Red was in a different row. The salesman came out and I aked him about a silver one. He told me to take this Torch RedPremium Interior/Exterior sports package. for a test ride. My wife and took it down the highway for a few miles and when we got back I changed my mind. I told him I will take this one.
As far as quality, I seems to be well put together. It was built in June and I bought in JUne. So its too early to say if something is out of place.
I took it back a few weeks later for a simple trim above the passanger door came loose. I didnt want to play with it and break it. It took a few minutes for the repair to fix it.
There is an orange peel to it. I know a really good man who can wet sand it and buff it out here close to me.
But I am going to wait on that for now.
I paid around $26,550 with trade in and down payment.
