LOL! No, you don't need to be an owner. We simply hope that you'd do a little research on your own.

If you can afford an '07 over an '05 or '06, then an '07 is better, all else being equal. On the same token, an '08 is better than an '07 if you can afford it, all else being equal. Bottom line is, typically, a newer car will last longer and have fewer miles than an older car but you'll usually pay for that.

Then either buy a used GT500 or new 2011 GT. Either one will beat a 10 Challenger.
Otherwise you need to buy older and spend a bunch on mods.

But buying a car to race a 10 Challenger seems a little strange.
