Falken FK-452 tires

Does anyone have these or heard anything about them? I am looking at buying a barely used set of RTR rims, but the guy has Falken FK-452 tires on them. I was set on getting nitto's but how are these tires?

I had these on my Mazda RX-8, they're really good summer tires, good enough for me to take it on VIR for a full weekend of track driving without it ever get greasy while driving at track speed

If you want performance, then they are good...be careful, they don't make any noise if you begin to slide. Then again, if you can get them to slide, you have other problems

Awesome tires, I'd get them again!!

Is it true they are really noisy? or would I not even be able to notice it over my exhaust?
Every review I have read has stated that they are extremely noisy.
