at this point, I honestly think you should go elsewhere after getting a refund.
I bought my GT500 spoiler from The Spoiler Store on eBay. Even after paying the extra $80 for the nonstandard color & shipping it arrived in perfect shape. They even got the color almost perfect. Not bad IMO for a metallic green. I figure Grabber Blue would be similar.
otherwise, I'd say get a partial refund and have a local shop spray it. You can leave your gas door so they can get the color match perfect. Be roughly $100-200. Local shop won't be able to spray so cheaply since they aren't set up to mass produce each color.
