Default Near crash; Power windows and radio issues

I was driving down the highway going about 60 and my car lost traction on the rear wheels and I slid a full 360 degrees going through 4 lanes. Luckily traffic was somehow behind me otherwise my car would have been totaled. Anyways I have an 05 mustang gt with an aftermarket deck. The deck was having issues with the ground I think, every bump I hit or if I tapped anywhere on the deck it would produce a clicking noise from my speakers( this happened about a year after I installed it)

Anyways, the radio and windows stopped working after the slide out(although windows do roll up and down when opening and closing the door...) , it's around 0 degrees right now in mn and before I go out and mess with the car I would appreciate some insight. Could it be a fuse? Or the ground on the radio is somehow connected and the ground finally came loose causing the windows to stop?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I would try resetting by disconnecting the battery before anything....

there aren't any tell-tale lights on?

I would pull battery negative for a bit and see if that solves it. Since the windows still drop for door open means that fuse is still good.

Out of curiosity . . . how did you lose traction at the rear doing 60 mph? Ice? Lots of power?

I was wondering the same thing , despite his question being electrical in nature. Our back ends just don't bring us around 360 for no good reason unless it's slick and/or we're being a hotdog.

For the electrical issue, check the wiring diagrams here (i'd help but am at work) http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=1

I hit a patch of black ice, it's happened before but I've been able to correct it but this time I couldn't.

I'll try The battery and post results.

Unplugged the negative terminal for about 15 minutes.. Didn't fix anything. I'm going to pull out my stereo and see if theres anything wrong with the ground on that, and also i'm going to check some fuses...
