First one looks like a 2010+ Pony Package

Second is the Italian Concept by Giugiaro, that has been around for a while. I do love the grill with the running Pony.

that second mustang is the giugiaro. special edition model or something.

That bottom one is the Giugiaro Mustang concept car from 2006.

It is believed that it slightly influenced the current design for the 2010 front end, but that is about it.

EDIT: 3 responses in under a minute and I ended up on the bottom. I guess I was slow on the draw.

There is more than a little of it in the 2010- refresh. And although I can't find it now, there was another famous Italian Mustang design study done way back (1960s?).

I guess I shouldn't say that the Italian concept 'stang is ugly, but to me it's just too futuristic looking to keep that pony/muscle car look.
