I agree. Its like one throws a sucker punch and the one receiving it in retaliation throws a sucker punch right back.

And this very weak segway now allows me to link this really cool trailer (at least I think it's cool, oh well )

Goes both ways. Good thing both are minorities of the general Mustang community.

Exactly the opposite for me.. I wanted a plain jane GT, no leather, nothing fancy.. just a big honkin V8 with an auto trans. I ended up with a GT/CS premium

Might as well lock this one up at this point. Things are about to go downhill...

I am of the same philosophy. I could care less about leather seats and all that fancy electronics, I just wanted a v8 so I purchased a GT 300A very base package.
Brembos? Actually, I am looking at better brakes, front an rear, most likely Baers, so buying the Brembos would not have been cost beneficial to me.
Electronics and Sync? I really dont need them, but I am considering a Pioneer system with DVD capability.
Leather stuff? Well, being from Texas, it gets damn hot do the leather becomes very uncomfortable, even scalding, when your *** touches it.

I think it's being overlooked that more "kids" own Mustangs, more adults own Corvettes. Kids are more likely to trash talk than a mature adult who can afford a decent value C5 or C6 Corvette.

That might be true. I actually see older folks riding around in 'Vettes where the younger guys, say late twenties through 30s, tend to buy pony cars, and not just Mustangs, Camaros too. But I would not consider myself younger.
