That would be neat to know, I have one too.
Once in a while Sirius runs a $5.00 a month special. The problem with me is I don't drive the car enough to make a subscription worth while.
However if we could tap into the Sat. Antenna and use it for local radio stations would be great!

Far differing frequencies, you could possibly splice into it and more than likely kill reception for both.
However...There are a few that could replace the existing factory one that have the extra antenna your after.
This is on my list of things, when I have the time/cash, just with wi-fi rather than normal radio reception. Still won´t get much gain with these low profile antennas, but it should be close to that of a shorty antenna. Around 2db.
