Default Been a full year with my 10 GT, what a difference a year makes!

i just realized that this weekend is officially a year with my car. It seems like i just got it. It's great to have something that you still love after time and it's still changing, lots more in store. i thought i would throw up some pics of what it was a year ago and the changes i have made. The car isn't exactly subtle, but it's hard to tell what all has changed for some when they see pics here and there.

so here it is the day i brought it home, plain old grabber blue 10 GT with 3.73, 5-speed, and 401A package with premium leather.

first mods to the car were roush window louvers , black out covers, and matte black super snake stripe a few weeks after getting the car:

Next came the M90 supercharger:

After that i lowered the car and put some 18" shelby redlines on it:

About this time the roush louvers fell off for a third time and i made the dealer put SHR flush mounts in as a reaplcement:

Next was the roush side splitters and CDC chin:

i put some matte black billet GT emblems on the car next:

i wasn't really happy with the stereo sound and wanted some bass, but not to shake the walls next door so i added a JL stealthbox and a 500W ampo:

i added a 3DCarbon 3D500 spoiler and GT500 rear valence next:

i did a bit of under hood dress up after that:

i then added a painted rad cover and had those batt and master covers painted:

i added some redline goods shift and brake boots along with a bit of interior billet and a grabber pony shift ****:

i added a raptor shift light:

recently i put a skeleton pony from Southern mustang parts on the car:

The clear coat started coming off the redline wheels so i put some TSW Nurburgrings on the car:

i put some HIDs int eh fogs and heads not too long ago:

i have also recently added the VMP 500hp kit:

That's all for now. I am ordering some headers and a new x pipe this week. After that will come some blower grind cams. I am also thinking of pulling the vinyl stripes and having them painted on. Anyway, that's the year with my car.

Impressive number of mods to tackle, particularly in just a year. I wish I had the dough to add all of the many mods I'd like to =(

If you get the stripes painted on I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of them!

I'm a big fan of your stripes, the factory ones to me look pretty good but still not as nice as yours. I think someday I'll also paint on stripes but probably something closer to your narrower ones. It's great to see yet another beautiful grabber blue stang in all it's glory By the way are you going matte for your stripes or glossy? IF you decide on getting them painted of course

Sounds like it's been a good ride and it's only going to get better! Congrats on the great year, now see what you can accomplish in this next year!

Your car was great looking when you got it.
But you have done some really awesome things to your car!
Looks like a beast.

Wow I love your car! I think you have the best looking 2010-11 rear end out there for sure. It's taken me 4 years just to put on a few bolt-on's haha. ****ing college.

thanks all, i'm really thinking about replacing the cdc chin with the boss 302 setup, mostly so i can get the ford racing brake cooling kit for some track time this summer. The cdc one has a couple scuffs where a d-bag hit the curb after changing my oil last year. i also plan to get the radiator cover striped as well. i have tried to get it doen a few tiems and the local sign guy always says its too cold.
