Default Totaled or Not???

Long story short, some guy pulled out in front of me and I hit him at around 20 mph. It was on an incline and my car actually wen under his truck. I have an appointment with the insurance on Tuesday do you guys think they'll total the car or spend thousands to fix it.

Here's what's wrong from what I can see:
Hood
Drivers Fender
Front bumper
Grill
All the lights
heat shrowd
radiator
***Engine may be lifted up***
Interior engine bay frame damage
Air intake and accessories damage
Drivers door may be dislodged off the hinges

I would say totalled, particularly with Unibody damage and espcially if the Airbags popped.

It wouldnt be to much to fix if you know someone, but as far as insurance goes. I believe its done for.

Air bags didn't deploy, had the car hit more direct and not under the truck they would have. Basically his entire bumper smashed into the grill and hood.

I not really a collision specialist so I just guessing. You might have a chance at just getting it fixed because as you know the bags cost a crap load to replace.

Plus you might have lower miles thats gonna help to so you might have a chance. I have always heard cars hit in the front end never really settle right again.

Yeah I was just wondering. In any since I'm having my 5.0 towed to a local shop tomorrow to have it fixed up so I can use it as my daily driver again while all this stuff with the 08 gets worked out. Shouldn't cost more than a $1000-1500 at worst to get that car running like brand new.

Nowadays insurance companies hate forking out bills to repair cars, it's just easier to get you a new car. That will probably be in the range of 7 to 8k worth of work and that is depending on what the front frame condition is like.

Not totaled IMO, since it's above the frame rail.
Basically except for your radiator support, it's all parts that wrench on and off.
Also the air bags not deploying, probably saved the car.

Hard to say without seeing it with the hood opened. I would say not totaled so far.

Most likely not totaled. Minor flesh wound there.

$9786.50 in damages and will not be totaled out. It's gonna take around 10 days to fix though.
