Dumb question about rear splash guards.
With my new 20s in the back with 295 tires on them I am looking at the JLT TruCarbon splash guards as they are a bit wider than the GT500 ones.
But my dumb question is this Do you worry about in front of the tire? Since the tire is sticking out just as far in the front by the rocker panels, do they make any sort of splash guard for the front or do you tend to not get anything tossed out that direction do to the rotation of the tire when you drive?
Thanks,Griff

Well it does splash in the front a bit, but it's most pronounced in the back. I mean, most of the water is on the road, so the rotation of the tire picks it IO and throws it backwards. Does some stay with the tire and fling off in the wheel well? Sure...and that's why you see cars with rust in the FRONT of the wheel well arches. But, honestly, I don't see what we can do about it.
