Default Coming out of storage

Well i stored my mustang for the winter and thought i did a good job. I opened the hood to put the battery back in and it seems some rodents got into my engine bay and got ahold of my hood liner. Car starts fine and drives fine so i dont think they got into any wires. But anyways here is the question can i take the liner down and not hurt anything? It is a major eye sore right now. Thanks

Yes, you can take it down. You could also go and get one at your local dealer for about $70 bucks.

It is really only designed to blanket a fire but they don't work. I want to take mine down because it is turning random colors. Lol. But the people putting in my hood scoop screwed up on one of the holes they drilled.... Am not sure which will be worse to have people see. Lol. (I guess I could cover the whole up... But then again, I have not seen the damage up close.)

I would check the air cleaner box, they sometimes like to make a nest in there.

Next year put several dryer sheets scattered about the engine bay. I also put several in the trunk and plenty inside the car. Keeps the rodents out and gives it a nice fresh smell come Spring.

I prefer Bounce.
