Default My GT with GT3 and Ferrari 430

Was crusing with my c6 Vette buddy and stopped at a starbucks. Saw a testarossa and a pantera in the parking lot so I parked sorta near them.....figured our cars would be safe. Literally within minutes several more vettes showed, then a Porsche GT3 parked next to me etc.... All the guys get out and walk over, start talking about our cars. Finally I ask why they are all there and they say "you arnt here for the run up to the winery with the Maui Exotic Car Club"? I laughed and said we were here for starbucks!!! LOL Well more cool rides showed up, Acura NSX, Porshe Pan American with Robbie Naish driving it nontheless, several Lotus's, a Delorean and eventually a ferrari 430 which looked very new. He parked next to me too. So there was a $180k Porsche GT3 on the right and a $200k+ Ferrari on the left with my lil ole stang in the middle. That doesnt happen very often. LOL They wanted me to make the run with them up the mountain but I couldnt. I just installed new EBC brakes and need to bead them in before I get busy with them. And you know you cant take it easy when your riding with the big $ boyz!! It would have been fun to put my American muscle into the mix with them. With my m90 I certainly wouldnt have been the slowest. One of the Lotus owners is a tire changer pit crew member of Scott Dixons #9 car in the Indy car league. He was cool guy.
They invited us to their next run........and were all very cool guys. Not the stuck up rich bastards you might expect! LOL

That's awesome. 2 of my favorite high-end sports cars

I saw a GT3RS drive by twice recently when I was leaving the gym and I was standing there like a retard with my mouth open

Thats awesome. When I lived in Salt Lake the WRX club and the local Ferrari club did a drive together once. My fairly heavily modified stage 2 WRX did pretty well against those surprisingly. It was funny to lay into the throttle and look in the mirror and see the nose on a Ferrari lift up a bit and NOT immediately catch up. The WRX was fast, but it dropped off quickly at about 90-95mph.

If you look closly you will see my parking job was the worst!

The ferrari 430 guy also has a pantera with a Robert Yates Nascar motor in it........That car must sound amazing. We were there a little more than a hour and quite a crowd of folks came over to check out the cars and take pictures. They were actually taking pics of my car too! LOL

The really rich guys, are actually not so bad...it's the guys who owns Porsche's as their only car that is BAD. Usually, the Ferrari guys have a Porsche as their daily drivers
