Bought my car not too long ago and it only came with it a single key no remote locks or anything, and I'm trying to figure out if it has the alarm to just program a new keyless entry button or if I need to install a whole alarm system or not.
Anyway I can tell if it has it or not?

Break a window and see if it goes off. I would take it to a local shop and see it they could help. They should know what to look for and you will have a faster answer. Chances are, if you got one key I doubt it.

If it's a Ford Factory alarm, you need a key fob to activate/deactivate it. You can tell if it's on by rolling your window down with the car off and stick your arm through the window from the outside. If it's on, the alarm will go off......BUT if you don't have a key fob, you won't be able turn it off....unless you remove the battery.

By the dome lights, if you see a sensor like thing in the black plastic you have the factory.
