I'm running the 2.87 pulley (13psi) on my vortech... Its around 12.4 psi at the manifold... You can run up to 12 or so and will be good to go with a good tune, I just wouldn't push it too far passed that!

Justin @VMP run 13psi on his wife sixxer in daily driver mode.
16psi @ the track (398 rwhp).
It also helps that the 4.0 has better internals than the 4.6.

I daily drive my 13psi aswell...
