airbag clock spring removal
 
I took the stock steering wheel off but cant seem to get the clock spring off. Does anyone have info about how to get this thing off???

http://iihs.net/fsm/?dir=489&viewfile=Clockspring.pdf That's what you need. Make sure that you tape the clockspring so it doesnt spin around on you.

thanks guys. I fiqured it out anyway but broke a clip in the process because of impatience. Would have loved to have your link an hour earlier. I did run into some other problems though. When I connected the new wheel, there is nowhere to connect the wires from the horn to the vehicle. Mabey I missed them somewhere in the process, but this is just temporary until I go to inspection and have to put the stock school bus wheel back on. I also had a problem with one of Momo's holes in the hub. It wasnt tapped right and Im wondering if I can retap it??? Here is some finished pics

Just found out my blinker doesnt automatically turn off after turning. I have to manually do it. Must have been something the clock spring did.
