Just bought a complete set of take-off brakes from a GT500KR. I've always wanted big brakes and since I'm nearly due for new brake pads, I figured this was my chance. Oh and I know these Brembo's are the same as on regular GT500's and the rear calipers are the same as on GT's/GT500's. I'm going to swap everything down to the brake lines since these, more than likely, have less miles on them than mine. I might even powdercoat them instead of painting them; maybe in blue this time instead of red. Can't wait!

UPDATE: Installed them this past weekend 4/16. I also installed Russell's braided lines and speed bleeders. Braking performance is much improved.

You got Brembo's too or another big brake kit?

I got some take off Brembos a while back, and decided to paint them blue also. They came out great. Xenon mods sells replacement decals in many different colors. I went with silver on blue.

That looks really nice! I thought the Brembo name is raised on the caliper? Was yours not raised lettering; thus the decal?

They use decals for their logo, but the ones that Xenon mods sell as replacements are very inexpensive. Plus they send you six of them per order. The brakes I got came from a friend who was doing a super snake conversion
