Well you could buy a GT for around 18000-23000 or you could get a roush stage 3 with a supercharger if you want to pull a burnout all the way through the gears

Add a custom tune to that CAI for an additional ~12-15 RWHP over the pitiful 3-5 RWHP that stand-alone CAI might be gaining.

So why exactly do you need to do a burnout? I'm assuming you aren't asking so you can warm your tires before a run at the strip in your nearly stock 6'er... (and if you are that's cool, I'm not judging)

Is nobody else a little weary about giving this person advice? The questions asked suggest that this person is probably inexperienced behind the wheel... Not trying to be a lame-***, just looking out for everyone here.
