Sweet ride and congrats!
I'll show my age and recommend that you start early with the attitude that having a car that CAN be driven fast doesn't mean you have one that SHOULD be driven fast. That car will get the attention of every cop within 2 miles. Obey the PSL and use your head.
It's excellent that you're using the forum to learn about your car. That should prevent you from buying things that don't work or help you buy the right item that bests suit what your goal is. Enjoy!

I owned my first Mustang at 15 and haven't been without one since. I'm 22 and I just purchased my fourth one. It is definitely an obsession. I think that it did teach me a lot of responsibility with driving and taking care of vehicles. I haven't been pulled over once. Congrats on the purchase! Remember that your car is pretty quick, but the women can't check it out if you're driving fast Do what I did and save the fast driving for the track! Your insurance rates aren't worth the increase for a stupid ricer.

Congrats! You better be thanking your dad every day for at least the next month! haha.
If you get pulled over in that red 2 door, you don't have many chances of getting away with a warning... been there, done that... twice. Definitely obey those speed limits. Besides, is it worth getting to your destination 2 minutes earlier if it carries a $200 risk?
I wish I was skilled with a camera. I try hard, but I've got a basic point and shoot, and not a whole lot of artistic ability. Can't wait to see you start to mod and see your updated pics!
