Default Brake Color?

SUp guys. I'm on the fence and cant decide as to what color i want to paint my brake calipers. I had red on my old stang and loved the way they looked. I had some high temp stickers on there of the running pony and under it, it said Mustang. I will be getting those again but i cant decide if i should go with red again or a dark blue like the one on the RTR mustang.

So here is a picture of my car.

So should i go with dark blue ....or red?

I think the red would pop better with your current wheels.

I love red calipers, but if you wanted to try something different I can't see how blue would look bad.

Edit: Did a quick photoshop of blue and red. This was a 2 minute job, but should give you an idea.

I think the red looks pretty sweet personally.

I like yellow and red one brakes. Bright colors work best to me under the wheels.

The red definitely stands out and looks great. And if you ever go red trim pin stripes or even red full-on over the hood stripes, the red calipers will go perfectly great and accessorized with them.

I'm struggling with this same issue. I thought I had made my decision and I have red paint in the garage right now, but it seems that darn near every black Stang with aftermarket wheels has red calipers. I think it looks great but it seems run-of-the-mill now. I want to be a little different so I'm going to try a darker metallic blue. I have black wheels so it won't be that noticeable until you get right up on it, but then it adds that subtle touch for people that notice the color. I was also thinking about grabber blue calipers with the grabber blue racing stripes.......

+1 on the red.

With the black car and the Saleens it will really pop. I'm not really a fan of any other color for brakes. Red, stock silver, or maybe black
