Just ordered some, my car came in with a chip on the driver door edge that was covered with touch up. Looks exactly like you'd expect. Hoping to have same results as SLVSTNG09. Coincidently mine is Sterling Grey as well.
Good luck! Remember, don't rub too hard with the solution. Let the solution do the work, and build up the chip with multiple layers. I'm talking 8-10 layers.
thanks for the info. good to see that it works in the real world. i saw it at some point in a tv show but wasn't sure.
