Default S197 GT with T3650, first and second gear went out at the same time?

Hey everyone, sad week for me...
I have a 2005 Mustang GT w/Vortech V2 @10psi
Steeda Short throw and T-3650 5speed tranny
**many visual and suspension additions too

Here in lies my problem:
When pulling into my apt. I shifted down to 2nd, full rev no gear. Went to 1st, rolled forward a bit, tried 2nd again and it was still gone. I then went back to 1st to pull into a parking spot and first was gone as well...3rd-5th&Rev. still all work.

A few days later I decided to drive it 75min. or so, starting in third, to get it to my shop. With my luck, road construction was happening and i was moving at 5mph....in third gear...burning it up. Joking with myself I threw it into first (which had been gone for days along with 2nd) and it went in! Sadly it was stuck in first; I could move the shifter out of gear and into another gear (including Reverse) without mashing the clutch, BUT the tranny would still remain in first. A few tries later it came out of first.

When this happened it locked entry from 3rd to reverse. Now, I can place it in and out of 1st & 2nd gear without clutching, but even with using the clutch It will not allow it to go into any other gears.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! haha Being in school and it being exam time, I don't currently have any time to start tearing my car apart to decide the issue.

My thoughts are:
Shifter fork break?
Synchronizer?
Tranny trashed?

Im truly lost. Anything can help!

This is the third or forth thread you have started. While we hope you get your car fixed, remember this is just a forum, you constantly posting is not going to get it fixed. We see you. Sounds like you have a serious problem so take it to the dealer or to a good transmission shop. In the end that is what you will have to do regardless.

We ain't worry about you post count...
Were jut wondering how you got from 9 posts to 2.
Since you had a thread deleted last night (about the same topic BTW), you lost the post that were in that thread, that is all.

How many miles are on the transmission? I'm guessing it is a clutch engagement/disengagement related issue which would rule out bent forks and a bad transmission but that is just a guess. Does it have the stock clutch?
