The door speakers are a breeze. Take some time to get some single-sided foam tape and do anything you can so far as seams and the parts of the window-switch pod. The rear deck is a disaster! Took forever. If you don't have the service manuals or the Crutchfield instructions, PM me and I can try to scan and email it to you...

jcorbin,
That's my plan as well, I've heard a lot of good things about changing the speakers even without changing the stereo. And heard of some issues and extra expenses to get the steering wheels ocntrols, Synch and othere technologies working with aftermarkets. Think I'll save that till a later time. Been to Crutchfield and see plenty of options for the front door speakers (5 1/4, 5x7, 6x8). I have a Vert, anyone know what goes in the rear of the car? Crutchfield lists nothing but replacements for the front doors on a 2010 Mustang Vert...
