Yes, there is a zip tie on there, however, the stop bolt is removed. I found on another forum something about the actuator bracket not touching the stop bolt and some guys getting very very low boost when it was touching.
Unfortunately, I don't have a boost gauge yet so I can't tell how much boost it is making. All I know for now is 333whp doesn't sound right at all...especially since i made like 337 or something like that BEFORE the supercharger...

I'll take it back an have them check that but I'm really curious about this stop bolt thing...I can't figure out how to adjust the bracket...finding out the boost will just prove the shares theory here. I need to figure out why...
And I did put on a new belt and it doesn't slip like the first one

Here ... just took these pics. Here is what mine looks like when car is NOT running ... Should also look like this under full boost. Looks like your screw is in WAY too far ...

Ok that helps alot!! There was another forum that was saying that when the plunger hits the stop bolt, they were loosing boost, makin it seem that when it's further in like mine, that they made more boost that way...

Supposedly the stop bolt is set for the most efficient closing of the butterfly valve that is turning boost on and off. Since your bolt is all the way down the valve may be going PAST closed and is opening again ... therefore no boost.
If you look at my picture ... Saleen chose that stop position to ensure the butterfly valve is closed all the way but not going past closed and begin opening again.

well, i went to the Marlins game tonight...right before, I had played with the actuator a little bit, opening and closing it to see how I could get at that stop bolt. When I drove the car just now to get dog food, I pulled off my street and spun 1st and 2nd...It was FAST!! But then a few moments later, its like I lost it again...Could that bypass actuator be getting stuck or something??? I need a boost gauge...
