Is the GT500 a 'vert too?

Either way I'd still go for the Shelby. Badass cars

Then again, I have no idea what tax bracket you're in (and I won't ask) so everything I just said may be invalid haha.

P.S: Hang on to your wife; she's sounds like a keeper! haha
Kids are out of the house and through college which i why i can finally buy toys, so no worries there.

I tend to get attached to a car if I've spent time and effort on upgrades, so I assume that's holding you back somewhat. Are you going to sell or trade the vert? Make sure you can get what the car is worth and then go buy the GT500. Show some pics of the car when you get it home.
exactly where i'm at, put alot of time and money in the vert which makes it more difficult to part with. If i left it stock and didn't touch it things would be much easier.

I was going to trade for it but if the price isn't right i would end up selling on my own.

GT500 all the way and you'll probably be better off selling the GT on your own (if you can take a little time with the sale)!
