Default Used 2008 GT or 2009 GT?

Hey everybody. First post! I am going to get a mustang and I need some opinions.

I already know I want a v8 with a manual transmission.
I found two at a dealership near me and I am wondering which one I should really go for.

1st option:
Decked out 2008 mustang GT with 28,000 miles on it.
Here is a link to the autotrader details: Click Here (link is very long)

2nd option:
Standard 2009 mustang GT with 10,000 miles on it.
And Click Here

What would be the better buy? And should I worry about that 28,000 miles. That really is not much and it comes with a buncha stuff such as the Nav system, race stripe, spoiler, rims, etc...

Um... I would personally go with the 2009. I'm just not really crazy about the after market stuff done to the '08. If the nav had been factory then maybe. Oh and if you like the new body style you could probably get into a really low miles 2010 for those prices. Those prices aren't bad or anything its just a thought.

Edit: I found this one. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

Wow thats a long code. But is a really really low miles 2010 GT. It has a very basic interior, but if you looked around I'm sure you could find one with a better interior. Can't really beat that price though.

Like Tanner said, look into the 2010's if you can or go with the 2009 and make it your own...that is unless you really like the look of ALL that chrome on the 2008!

Either one. They're both mechanically and electrically identical once you get past the options. The 18,000 mile difference is minor and not a factor, IMO.

The 2008 looks pretty horrendous, unless that's your cup of tea.

2009 is also the 45th anniversary year with specialized badges, if that means anything to you.

Not much info is given on both cars, especially the black 2009 and there are no other pictures.

28k miles isn't that much. Just means it was most likely used as a daily driver. I got mine with 31k miles.

I'd go for the '09. Less miles and looks stock. Some people get nervous when buying a modded car so that's something you'll have to take into account. Plus I'm not a fan of the wheels or grille at all on the '08. Make sure to have either one looked at before going ahead with anything

24K for the 09? Idk how GT prices are over there but alot of our Ford Dealerships still have brand new 2010's their selling for that price. Personally, id say neither. I Keep shopping around. I better deal can & will be hand.

I bought my 06 in Oct 09 with 15k miles from a dealership. They had $24k on the window. I had somebody do a carfax on it and found it was on their lot for over 4 months. This is really bad, so I knew they wanted to dump this car. I got it for $15,600. So whichever one you buy, grind the sh*t out of the dealer. They will sell for much less than that sticker. You can get it down a lot. Gas prices are going up big time, nobody wants that car. Now go beat up thats salesman.

HOLY CRAP.... where was this @? I kinda find this hard to believe yet if so then you sir got a 1 in a million deal of a lifetime because that sort of thing rarely happens with sport cars. Never-the-less great BUY!
