Take off emblems with fishing line, lightly sand chrome area, spray with some rattle can black meant for plastic. Use 3m auto tape to reapply. Very simple.

I'm liking the black wheels too. They look great on your car. Not sure about them on my tungsten though. Maybe black with machined face. Choosing wheels is tough.
