Which tranny fluid r we runnin in the 11-12 6spds...

Not sure if I've ever hear of tranny fluid increasing performance by any meaningful margin. I'm not sure what's in there now, but I would guess any full synthetic fluid would decrease any friction the most...just to throw an idea out there.

Hope this helps?
Service Procedure:
Replace the Motorcraft Full Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid with 2.6L (2.7 qt) of Motorcraft Dual Clutch Transmission Fluid. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 308-03A for the transmission fluid draining and filling procedure. This fluid is suitable for use in all ambient temperatures and seasons, and the Scheduled Maintenance guidelines in the Owner Guide can continue to be followed. The use of friction modifiers or other fluid additives is not recommended since although they may provide some immediate improvement in cold shift effort, they are likely to result in long term degradation of the synchronizers.

I assume we are talking about the Getrag MT82 and not the good 'ole American made 6R80 auto.
For the MT82, I for now just run the stock Motorcraft fluids. I am holding off on switching to a different fluid. At least until Ford figures out a fix and posts a proper TSB to finally correct everything about this tranny, I don't want to do anything different on mine.
I am over 12 k miles on my car and still get some rough shifts during DD. I
know it is not from me not stepping on the clutch all the way because I am very conscious about depressing the clutch all the way to prevent grinding. I have seen what grinding does to syncro teeth and I do my best to avoid it. Now I notice that the rough shifting happens more during spirited driving but even when I do that I am not driving abusively or as hard as one would on the track.

If you want to get rid of the grind like the local 2011 5.0 cars in my town, use this. One guy was ready to trade in his car, until he tried synchromesh.
Amsoil Synchromesh
Trust me, it's proven that the factory fill is inadequate for this application. We swap out with this...and all is well again.
and for the skeptics that are afraid of warranty issues, I can locate threads of reference for you.
