Default Car Dying - Fuel Issue

Ok had it happen again today. Just cruising along and the RPMs drop, engine turns off, and I notice on the wideband that it just went lean. Car takes a while to restart. I was low on gas (15 miles to empty), so I filled it up and managed to drive back home no problem. This is obviously a fuel issue, so what do I need to look at? Fuel pump? Fuel filter?

I'm at 30k miles and have only maintained oil and tires up to this point. Perhaps it's time for some other maintenance?

I'm going to try to get a dyno tune within the next few weeks, because this email tune just isn't cutting it (super rich and not the best idle). I'm just curious what else you guys think I should look into. Just trying to keep the car safe. Thanks!

I would imagine when you started having the issue that you changed the fuel filter? You've had nothing but problems!

Yeah, I'm probably going to go ahead and just change the fuel filter. This fuel problem has sucked , hopefully it will all go away with a new filter and tune.

I'll suspect fuel filter also and running the tank that low simply compounds the problem. Let us know if you have any other symptoms.
