Default Painting valve covers/throttle body, ran into a problem...

I got everything off just fine, it was a little more of a project than I anticipated but when removing the Oil neck filler tube I accidentally broke off the tab (see pics)...anyone know where I can get one of these and also will I be alright driving with this one on? The seal isn't broken just the tab. I am thinking of calling some junk yards and seeing if they have one sitting around that I could get cheap but I know the stealership will have one, but it'll cost me more that route. I'm open to any suggestions. Going to lay down the second layer of primer.

I just left mine out

I still have my original one if you can't find a replacement if you want to leave it in...

That's awesome, I'll see what I can come up with...did you just buy an aftermarket oil cover?

Thanks menace, that's great news!

Do you guys think I could drive with it until I get my new part, whichever way I decide on going?

EDIT: ^answered! haha

I couldn't figure out how to take mine off either, and also broke off the tab.

I just took mine off yesterday on the new engine... you need to pry the tab up above the metal groove and then twist counter clockwise out. Obviously you're past this point haha... I'm sure you can pick it up from a local junkyard for just a few dollars.
