We'll see...is a used blower, a prototype and some random (injectors, bap, ya ta da) stuff + tune worth it rather than a new whipple/vortech/roush/ for maybe $1k more?
And the billet intake will run any GT500 bolt pattern blower which means that if in the future someone wants to upgrade all they need to get is a 2.9 or 3.4 Whipple Tuner kit and they have a huge blower to run on their 3v that can't be done any other way.

Trying to re-engineer it to fit could be a huge can of worms for a used blower. I would just buy a new one myself. Prolly be way cheaper in the long run and certainly be less headaches.

The engineering is done. And in a lot of cases better than the kits already on the market. For the end user it will be no different than a "blower" kit aside from needing to source the ancillary items.
Well considering that the blower is good for about 600hp it will be no problem setting up a pulley combination to make 450/450 at the tires which is how they will be shipped out.
I was gonna say yes it WILL work, but I see you're already well under way! A local shop bought my stock blower off me and the owner installed it on a 4.6. I saw it with my own eyes, but last time I saw it, the engine and blower hadn't been put in a car yet.
