Default Tire size choose. Help please !!!

Hello all community members of mustangforum.
How are you guys and girls today?

I just ordered some sexy wheels for my Mustang 05.
The name is Ruff Racing 953 Black.
The size of the wheels are 20x8,5 and 20x10.
I show you a picture of them ofcourse.

Now i am searching for new tires to my wheels.
The tire size i want is 255/35-20 for front and 305/30-20 for rear.
It can even be 255/30-20 for front and 305/35-20 for rear, mb 305/25-20 too for rear.

Will that setup work with my wheels? Will i get any problems with the 305 tire size?

I can tell you that my Car is lowered with Ford Racing 1,5 springs.

What is the offset for each wheel? Also, what was your stock tire size? Your speedometer may need to be recalibrated to take into account for changes in tire RPM's (directly related to tire O.D.).

The 305/35/20, IF you can find a reasonable selection, will be about 1" taller than most of the stock tires. I couldn't find a 305 in a 30 series but the lack of sidewall, even with the 35 series, will be a rough ride for sure. Try using tirerack.com and other similar tire sites to look for tires. Also, use any of the dozens of tire size calculators on the web like this one: http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

Hope you intend to lower the car....if you do, the Koni-STR Shocks and Steeda Sports Springs look great...

I'm running 255/35/20 and 275/35/20

The offset for the 20x7,5 is 38 and the offset for the 20x10 is 45

I have right now the stock tires which are 235/55-17

The speedometer wont be a problem i think. Brenspeed can make a new tune for my tires.

The thing i am afraid of is will i get any problems with 305?
Have anyone in this forum Mustang with 305 tire size?
If yes, have you any picture and are you geting any problems?
I found some Pirelli Zero Nero on that size. And some more with that size.

And sorry for my english, i am from Sweden and english is not my best language But i am trying my best, so you can understand.

You can adjust the tire RPM's yourself with the handheld; no need for a revised tune.

The only issue with the 305's will be clearing the flare on the fender but that depends on how much you're lowered and the O.D. of the tire. The stock wheel offsets are in the range of 45-50 so you're ok there. Up front, the 255's fitment should be ok.
