You could always just go to your local Ford dealership and they likely won't charge you for shipping. I think the bumper alone is like $350.

Best bet is to buy the cover as an accessory kit from your local Ford dealer. Part number is 6r3z6320049ba, should be around the $350 range. Comes with everything you need to install it, minus the paint. Hope this helps you out.
