Just bought this used X-pipe locally and reading up on it a guy on AM commented that it needed longer O2 wire-harness to reach the new O2 holes in the X-pipe.

Anyone have an experience with this install? I've searched and found nothing on the forum regarding Magnaflow Offroad X. I keep reading direct fit/bolt on except for this one comment. (I just got my new e-mail tunes for it and was hoping to tackle the install this weekend.)

I have it. No extensions needed with the manual transmission. I read somewhere that the auto trans cars needed one, but I don't know for sure.

You do not need extensions. I have Ford racing shorties going to Magnaflow true x with high flow cats, to 3" cat back Magnapacks, no extensions needed. The extensions are need if you were to install long tube headers.
