You guys offering advice to chase deals aren't paying attention. It's NOT a good time to buy a used car right now. The best advice for the OP is to hold off for several months or maybe even a year from buying a used car. The biggest mistake will be buying a used car and then watching the value plummet by several thousand throughout the next 12 months. Again, if OP has the patience, wait until Q4 or next year to make a move.
It's not impossible to find a good deal right now, but it will be very, very difficult at this time. You will burn yourself out trying to chase a deal that doesn't exist right now.

Question....I am going to visit a dealer with an 07 V6 Pony Package in a black color...Listed at 14,900, My intent is to purchase MAX at $13,500....37k Miles on it...Would you say $13,500 is at least a good deal or still to much? I used to think that was good, but once you weigh your options with other Stangs like the GT's, I say, wow I could have spent another 1,000 and gotten a GT...I am checking insurance payment differences now.,

Thanks for the input Alec,
I wanted V6 this whole time due to everyone around me saying Gas/Insurance! But they are basically priced the same so it makes me wonder now....I have my pops checking out insurance quotes to see what the REAL difference will be...And I don't figure gas to be a huge ordeal ..This is the only pic they have for the new listing. I might have to call him and say point blank, I need one for 13.5k instead of driving a good 25 minutes to see it.
