Strapped my stock GT to a Dynojet
#31
He installed hot rod cams, kooks LT, and dynoed my car back in May. He even installed my 4.10s a while back. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend getting cams installed at the same time. His tune kept the drivability intact. I don't have any issues in the lower rpms. I made 344 rwhp on my 2009 GT/CS.

Thanks for the replies, guys. The car had roughly 3200 miles at the time of the dyno..so it was well broken in. Is that true that the cars pick up power...? I've heard that as well but never saw any proof of it. That has also been true of other automobiles.
As for modifications, I just ordered a GT500 axle back. Other than that, I am going to hold off. I just can't stand how quiet the stock car is! :P

right, these cars have electric water pumps and steering, less drive train loss. trying to determine BHP is pointless... Would be interesting if cars had to be sold based on whp numbers instead. but there probably isn't a really accurate way to ensure everyone came up with the same numbers. I'm sure the rest of the drivetrain is giving less loss than it was 15 years ago, old adjustment numbers don't work..
