Default Gear Change

Going to 3.73 gears in the 07 V6. Have ordered:
3.73 gear set
T Lock
Bearing installation kit
Oil

Will get axle seals locally.
Am I missing anything?

TIA

With customer supplied parts, make sure the shop
will make it right and won't put up a fuss if it whines.
(whine free no hassle guarantee)

Yes and make SURE they have experience doing gear swaps with THESE MUSTANGS.
Our cars are VERY finicky when it comes to the installation of the gears and not giving you whine problems, etc. later.

Just as the above poster said. Get them to agree that if the install results in gear whine or troubles, they will fix it free of charge.

I don't care what excuse they give you such as:
"Most cars or all cars will have a little gear whine when you swap gears.",
that is B.S. and a line shops often use so they won't have to correct their mistakes!

That is your que to walk away and find another shop my friend.

If they do not agree to fixing gear whine or other problems free of charge, then they are not good enough installers to trust your car to.

You did say you got the FULL installation kit and not just the regular installation kit?
You have ALL the bearings etc with the kit?
If not get the full kit that comes with them. I don't care what anyone might say. Not doing a full install kit with bearings etc is
prone to having problems.
