Baer offers great brake systems and has a PDF template you can print out and physically check the wheel clearance. I was ordering Boss 302 Laguna Seca rims and the warehouse used the Baer brake template to verify that, although those wheels are meant to clear stock Brembos, they also had plenty of clearance for 6P Baers.

I'm sure Wilwood has something similar on their Web site somewhere.
