Do you have a link to the rotors you bought?

I got my car from the dealer about 2 months ago, and I assume they put new pads on (although I'm not completely sure).
But I definitely have the squeaking when reversing downhill, and occasionally forward. (Not very often,)
If you did have the pads put on recently, you may want to have them take a look to see if they can quiet the squeak.

Does anyone have any brakepad recommendations, btw?
LOL! Yup, I definitely meant the Ford dealer. Yours might not appreciate me telling you to go there for FREE evaluations!

Had the same issue on my 04- it seemed to be the quality of the rotors.
