I am looking to purchase a Carbon Fiber stock looking hood but i don't want to run hood pins. The only place i found is Street Scenes carbon fiber hood that says right on their website that no hood pins required. Has anyone used these hoods? Any feedback on the would be great. Also does anyone know of any other manufactures that don't require hood pins?

Although hood pins may not be 'required' you may find you'll want to add them as the CF hoods often move around quite a bit a speed. Pins add a lot of piece of mind after you see that hood flapping around a single point of failure every time you hit the highway. A stock style hood may be more stabile than some of the other designs so hopefully you'll get some real world feedback on the hood style you want. Try using the forum search for earlier threads on this subject as well.

is this for looks i hope, cause your not going to save much weight at all.
