anyone know what color blue this is?

I'm pretty sure that isn't a stock color on the 89. I looked at the stock color codes...and none of them look like that. There is only Deep Shadow Blue, Medium Shadow Blue, and Bright Regatta Blue, and none of them are that color.

I think it's been repainted Sonic Blue or something similar.

It looks like vista blue but it could actually be midnight blue.
