Going to the track tonight!!!
It's Friday night which is open track night and me and a bunch others are going so we can settle this controversy of whose car is faster.. I'll be up against a stock 335i, an neon srt4, Mazda speed 3 and a 350z all have exhaust,CAIs, and that's it.. I have that plus my bama race tune and an almost bald set of 285 michilins lol.. I'm sure I'll do fine but ive never had this car at the track and it's also 94 degrees out and 60% humidity lol so any good luck tips?? As for my launch my cars all over the place on the road I can only imagine te track and that's not dumping the clutch either or powershifting

Just because of your tires I doubt your going to do good. I raced my friends 335i and a 370z when I had just my cai, tune, longtubes, 4.10s, udp's and nittos but the car also HOOKED. I held the brake (automatic) let it rev to 1750, than just let off the brake and smashed the gas and my car just took off. I beat both the 335 and 370 by about 2 - 4 car lengths but like I said I had no wheel spin at all, and this was on the street.

Lol oh yea I know I'm def going to be on the challenged side for sure that's why when I launch ill probably load to a grand and then ease out the clutch sort of quick and roll into the gas so we'll see

you could probably be a little more aggressive than 1k rpm. I have slightly bald p-zero neros and they hook up well enough considering. Just go around the water in the staging area, and either warm up the tires or not. thats up to you . Id only really be worried about the speed 3 personally, but Good Luck !

Speedworld? Good luck!! track prep sucks there... I am wanting to go also, but its way too hot out..I think youll take the 350z, the SRT4 and mazda3, but that Bimmer is gonna give you hell... are the other manual? Can you post everyones times? I would be interested in seeing those... Just guessing, your gonna pull a 13.7ish... 350z are dogs and will prob pull a 14.3... srt4's have traction issues being FWD 14.0,.. the mazda3 might suprise and pull 13.8ish..That Bimmer is prob gonna be the champ of the night 13.6.. Is this Pass Time?!? hahahaha.. If you can control that wheel spin, you should mow them down if they get the tree and launch on you.. these are just my guesses and I dont know POOP!!! Either way, youre gonna have a blast!! Can't wait till it cools down so i can go again.. Like I said...these are just my guesses.. not trying to be a know it all or hater... Cant wait to see the results...

Oh yea I can't wait for it to cool down either I'll be there alot and I'll have my 4.10s then.. But you should pm me or something when you head out there that could be a good time.. And yea let's play passs time I'm saying me with the fastest running a 13.5 Beemer with a 13.7 srt4 13.5 (he knows how to drive Beemer doesn't lol) and Mazda and 350z coming in last with 13.9
