NEVER EVER MIX AND MATCH YOUR DIFFERENT BRAND TUNERS!!
It does not work very well.
Figured out how to fix it all but I was about tossing my cookies for about 30 minutes trying to figure it out. Did not want to do any EXPLANINNNN. You married guys knows what I mean. Honey, I broke my car are not very popular words around here.

I'm gonna say he did something silly like used a predator, then used a SCT there for he daisy chained his "Stock" tunes and couldn't figure out how to restore? Only thing that makes any kind of sense. Maybe he sold his old tuner before returning to stock tune, put on a lot of mods, and cant load a new tune with a different tuner?

Have a Ford Tuner from FRPP. Stock tune on board plus there performance tune.
Just got a SCT tuner from BAMA. 91 race tune on the car. Needed to load the stock tune to take her to the shop and have my Charge motion contol unit looked at. Codes P2006 &P2007
Instead of grabbing the SCT tuner, I grabbed the Ford tuner, why.. who knows. It tried to warn me.
Long story short. The FRPP tuner uploaded the BAMA 91R tune as the stock new stock tune. Then I put on my FRPP tune. Then the SCT would not sync with my pcm. So after serious noodling. I reloaded the 91 R tune ( that the FRPP tuner considers stock) and the SCT tuner was good to go. everything a ok.
Tuners are a dangerous think in the hands of a AMATEUR.
