Just Brought a 2012 GT Home=)
I can cruise in 4th going like 25mph. Ive been screwing around the past day and average between a horrible 11mpg and 19mpg lol

Did you get the 3.73 rear end? I don't know about you but I'm definitely not getting the MPG advertised. My first tank was almost all hwy and I got 19, the next was almost all in town and I got 14 with some small WOT runs here and there. All of this was hand calculated, not that I care either but the sticker said 17city 24 hwy, guess I'll get a true hwy gage in 10 days when I drive from St. Louis to Cincinnati.

Generally you never get what the sticker says. I can cruise around town in 5th and 6th gear once I get up to speed and only average maybe 13 mpg. I have however seen it get over 28mpg on my trip between Denver and San Diego, hand calculated. I was impressed.

So its been a while and a dream haha~ I just picked up a 2012 Kona Blue GT Premium today with Stone leather interior and I must say the car is dope!!! and fast as hell!!
Very happy with it~
Some Pros: The car is super comfortable which Id never expect, traction is amazing, short shifts, the clutch catches amazing compared to my 2004, the interior is pimp, the Kona blue is amazing in person, Im sure I could go on and on.
Only thing I hate is the steering wheel feels~ SPORT mode sucks! It feels like the car is wandering all over the place other then that the console door keeps popping open when Im shifting. Other then that Id prefer a shorter clutch since it seems with this one you have to push it down like a foot. Im use to the Spec2 which I had on my 04 and was like a inch long lol.
I just snapped a few cell pics~ I want to get white stripes again, smoked housing, HID's, tints and an exhaust which I must note- the stock exhaust is Loud! Im almost afraid to do a full exhaust on this thing lol.
Any who~ Im new to this car and wanted to know what are some cool cheap mods you guys are doing. What are the gains out of the basics; (CAI/Tune/Exhaust)?

You can lock the console door with your car key to keep it from popping open while shifting. open the cup holder and look for the key hole on the door of the console.
