Default Cost Vs Want?? Please help!

I posted last week on wanting a Roush bumper and I decided I should get the GT/CS front end with splitter AND Cervini's side scoops for ALMOST the same price for the Roush bumper...good choice???? I want to order it before my wedding?? I always loved the Roush bumper but for almost $900, I can get both, good choice? Please erasure me my fellow mustang people. Count down....24 days.

P.S. I've been drinking.

I like the look of the ROUSH bumper MUCH more.
I would go with that.

Plus I think you can buy a GT500 splitter for like 90 bucks I believe and mod it a little to fit the GT. I know you could with the 05-09's. You wont have to worry about the splitter chipping or anything if you did that either because of what its made out of.
I'd make a thread and ask about it.

Even if you can't or don't want to do that, I'd still get the ROUSH bumper.
I would choose which bumper aka front end you liked the most and not use the
splitter as part of your choice. The bumper will have more of an appearance effect
and you could always get a splitter down the road sometime.

Remember my friend:
Sometimes more is not better.
Choose the one you think looks BETTER.

Again my opinion is the ROUSH front looks MUCH better.

I'd rather have 1 piece I think looks REALLY good than two that I think look just "good".

Get what you really want. Otherwise, you'll regret it.

If you want the Roush bumper, get the damn Roush bumper.

P.S - I'm drinking too Cheers!

I've been told once you get married, you have to ask for everything, she thinks I spend enough money on my car as is. Once we tie the knot, I'll have to save months just get a new toy.

Do you guys think the Roush bumper would look ok with my Eleanor grill?

Asking us for what we think might look OK before you get married?

Sounds like you're mostly domesticated already.

Tell you what. Get your car photoshopped with these mods. Put the picture away for a few days and try not to even think about it. Only then pull the picture back out, flip it over quickly, and pay attention to your immediate reaction. Go with that as your decision, whichever way it is.

I went CS fascia and splitter and I love them, but of course the roush bumper looks sweet too. I'm dealing with the wonderful expenses of college so I didn't have room to compromise and whip out a grand for the roush front end but would've thought about it if I did.

Either way the car will look really good I think. For me, I like the way the front end of the boss looks in GB more than I do with the Roush fascia, so that's the direction I headed. One day when I put in a boss grille the transformation will be complete

Absolutely. ROUSH used the fog lights in that spot on some of their 05-09 Mustangs. Looks great.

Here is a friends car with CS front and a Boss splitter. If I was to get a 5.0, this would be exactly what I would do.
