Default Painting stock rims: Gloss Black or Flat Black?

I'm thinking of painting my stock rims black and I might just pull the trigger this weekend before I get too busy when school starts. I was thinking of painting them glossy black to match my black car but a friend of mine just painted his rims flat black and DAMN it looked so good (which is what convinced me to paint mine now). Aside from looking bad ***, the flat black rims would complement the flat black gurney flap on my GT500 replica spoiler, the rear valance, and all those unpainted plastic parts on the car. Now I have a tough decision to make. Any comments (good or bad), recommendations, and/or tips?

I have a set of gloss black saleens and I love them. Never gave a thought to flat black , post a pic of your car if you can. Either one you go with will look good

I would leave them stock, but gloss black would match your car better than flat black.

Wait, actually you could plasti-dip them to see if you would like flat black.

It will stay like that, or you could peel it right off if you don't like it.

That looks good. I also wanna paint the brake calipers either black, red, or blue.

I would go with black or blue, no offense to the red caliper people but I see that color more than any other. As for the wheels, I would paint them whatever color, flat or gloss, that matches the most. I personally think gloss would look better, but if flat matches everything else go with that.
