pretty fun actually...pulls like a freight train when you gun it. but with 325 HP and 570 TQ I'd expect that. it also gets better MPG than my Mustang, so that is a bonus

mainly though, I've calmed down. I was doing some really stupid stuff in the Bullitt that was only a matter of time before I spent a night in jail. I don't think I've truly sped more than 5 MPH over the limit since getting this truck. Can't say the same for the Bullitt

There's a 350 PSD with all kinds of mods rolling around my area that really sparked my interest in them. It's making like 750tq or something ridiculous. That must be fun

But I know what you mean, priorities change. I've somewhat lost interest in my car, partially due to having to focus on other more important things

Someone on this forum has a Duramax maxing something stupid like 1200 rwtq, and I like the Bullitt but I don't think I'd pay 29,000 for it. You said they gave you 28,000 though?

don't have the grille

The Steveadors and the Dealerships out here have artificially raised the Cost of Living in Hawaii. The Union strong arms all businesses and consumers with high priced labor at the Docks...so prices go up. The Dealerships tack on a typical $3-4,000 Island fee for all cars...so prices go up.

When I moved to the Island I brought a F-150 and older Mustang. I sold them for more money than they were worth because they were in great condition.

Only reason I bought the F250 on Island is because it's not technically street legal at the moment. It can't pass Safety Inspection without spending about $500 and getting the truck to pass Reconstruction. So the Dealership was between a rock and a hard place. So I got a screaming deal on a truck with 9,800 miles...lifted...Lariat (all the bells n' whistles)...and strangley a better APR on the loan. Guess my credit got better

I'll be back in a Stang shortly I believe. Just a much much older one. I'm eyeballing a few 65-67's and maybe a 89-92 5.0. Going to pay cash. Gotta save my pennies now to get a 2013 Expedition with a 3.5 Ecoboost for the wife
