Default Which exhausts do you recommend for a 2005 Mustang 4.0L V6?

Hey guys, just wanted to get some feedback on some good 50 state legal exhausts. I live in CA, so it becomes difficult on which exhaust I should chose. I've seen some SLP's, but I don't want a single exhaust, I want dual, and I don't know if the GT/GT500 will work on my V6.

Anyways, what type of exhausts do you guys recommend for a 05 v6 in CA? It has to be 50 state legal..

I've been looking at the magnaflows, but I don't know if they're loud enough.

Personally I like duals with an H pipe and MAC mufflers. Alot of the problem with choosing exhausts for a V6 is that often times you have to trade a little loudness to avoid raspy ricey sounding exhaust. The MACs are pretty loud, but not obnoxiously so, and they aren't raspy at all. Check out some youtube videos when you get the chance. I do believe MACs are 50 state legal.

I have a single boomtube axelback. A little poppy when it starts up, but once it warms up it sounds straight up nasty

If I were to get the MAC with the H Pipe how would it reach to the end? I saw the MAC's on americanmuscle.com and the piping for them are very short, also which H pipe should I get? Is it possible for you to link me the parts you got, and maybe I can just buy the same ones you did? Thanks!

Some people around here have said that SLP Loudmouths on our 4.0 v6's sound like rice.

yeah im CA too, i took mine down to a local shop,(redlands) and they welded in custom piping, true dual with no crossover, into two flowmaster 10 series, loud as u can get but i must say up high it is a lil raspy. but overall i really have enjoyed it, sets off car alarms like no other lol
